All merchandise is made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partner, Printify.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.

During periods of high demand, holidays, product launches, or special promotions, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary based on destination, carrier availability, and production schedules.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • United States: 3–10 business days after shipment

  • Canada: 7–15 business days after shipment

  • International: 10–30 business days after shipment

Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Shipping Delays

Champagne Factory is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs inspections

  • Holidays

  • High shipping volumes

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We will work with our fulfillment partner to review eligible claims and provide a resolution when appropriate.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their local government.

These fees are not included in product or shipping prices.
